We believe Jesus Christ came to earth bringing a message of reconciliation, and He has commissioned us as His ambassadors with that same task - to be His hands and feet meeting the physical and spiritual needs of this world. One of the greatest needs we have seen in Zambia is access to a quality education that prepares children for a meaningful future. We believe God has created each one of us with a unique purpose to contribute to His kingdom work of reconciliation. By working alongside community schools, we are giving children the opportunity to discover their unique God-given purpose and providing them with a life-changing education to help them fulfill that purpose. Easy Ways to Get Involved
What is your church’s passion? At Impact One, we custom design our church partnerships to maximize your members’ gifts and passions while meeting our needs on the ground. Our hope is that we can all benefit from working together to serve schools in Ng’ombe. Here are five different ways you can get involved:
Give a financial gift
Your gifts will give children a brighter future through education. Commit to supporting Impact One Initiative on a monthly basis or make a one-time contribution. Donate here.
Come visit us
We create each trip based upon the skills of your group and our needs as an organization at that time. For example, if you are an artist, you can teach an arts and crafts class. If you are a teacher, you can train some of the teachers we work with. We create each trip with you in mind.
Host events
Whether it’s sharing our children’s video series at Vacation Bible School, hosting a school-supply drive, or organizing a fundraiser night at a local restaurant, we love to partner with churches, small groups, and individuals for events. These events help raise awareness, raise money, and collect vital supplies our teachers and students need.
Write letters to our students
We are sure the children who are a part of your church would love receiving letters from their friends around the world just as much as our students in Africa do!
